Kase Filters Europe offers several shipping methods for your convenience:

• Home delivery: Get your order delivered to your door with DHL or UPS courier (courier depends on the country).
• Pick-up point delivery: Orders within Germany can be delivered to the Packstation via DHL courier. For international orders, there is a possibility to get the parcel delivered to the UPS pick-up point. For this, just enter the pick-up point details during the checkout.

Standard and express delivery

We offer standard and express delivery for national and international orders. The orders are shipped with DHL (Germany) or UPS (internationally).

Delivery times and costs

Delivery times depend on the destination country. The estimated delivery times are the following:

• Within Germany: 1-3 working days
• Within the EU: 1-5 working days
• To non-EU countries: 2-7 working days

Shipping coverage

You can get the order from Kase Filters Europe almost anywhere in the world. We collaborate with UPS and DHL to deliver products worldwide. However, currently we do not ship orders to North Korea and Russia.
