ND filters

Neutral density filters are used to block the excessive light coming to the camera sensor. With their help, it’s possible to achieve long exposures even on a sunny day.

Kase clip-in filter sets include one or a combination of some of the following ND filters: ND8, ND16, ND32, ND64, ND1000. These are the most common ND filters photographers use to get creative effects in different light conditions.

Astro Neutral Night filter

Many of Kase's clip-in filter sets include an Astro filter. It is used in astrophotography to capture the clear sky and night cityscapes without light pollution.

UV filter

UV filters are designed to block ultraviolet light, reducing haze and improving image clarity in outdoor photography.

Some Kase clip-in filter sets include an MCUV filter, which helps to obtain sharper results when shooting in mountains, at the beach or in urban environments.

FAQ about our clip-in filter sets

What are the benefits of using a clip-in ND filter?

Neutral density filters reduce the amount of light hitting the camera sensor and allow for longer exposures or wider apertures even in bright conditions. This helps create stunning effects such as motion blur in waterfalls, smoothly moving clouds and also, balance exposure in high-contrast scenes.

Can I use clip-in filters with different lenses?

Do Kase clip-in filters cause vignetting?

No, our clip-in filters are ultra-thin and precisely fit each camera model, ensuring that they do not cause vignetting or unwanted optical effects.

Can you use Kase clip-in filter sets with any camera?

Our clip-in filter sets are designed for specific camera brands and series, such as Canon R series, Sony APS-C and Full Frame, Nikon Z series and Fujifilm X and GFX series. You can see more specific information about camera models on the product page of the selected filter set.

How do I install and remove a clip-in filter?
