This adapter ring was specially developed so that the Nikon Z 14-24mm F2.8 lens can be used with our ARMOR filter holder.
It saves you having to switch to the 150mm filter system and fits perfectly into the ARMOR filter holder system.
With this insert the magnetic ARMOR polarizing filter can be combined with the ARMOR filter holder.
The adapter ring is attached directly to the Nikon Z 14-24mm F2.8 lens and then the ARMOR filter holder is mounted on it.
The adapter ring connects the lens barrel to a nylon screw that locks into the same section used for the lens hoods. This ensures a secure connection between the filter adapter ring and the lens.
Notes:
Due to the lens design of the Nikon Z 14-24mm F2.8, there is a compromise.
The rear magnetic polarizing filter slot cannot be used because the lens hood is in the holder.
When using this adapter, you cannot use the CPL on the back of the holder.
Instead, the magnetic ARMOR polarizing filter can be inserted in the front slot of the ARMOR filter holder.
Alternatively, we also recommend the ARMOR polarizing filter for insertion with a rotary function.
