ARMOUR adapter ring for Nikon Z 14-24mm F2.8

This adapter ring was specially developed so that the Nikon Z 14-24mm F2.8 lens can be used with our ARMOUR filter holder.
It saves the change to the 150mm filter system and fits perfectly into the ARMOUR filter holder system.
With this insert, the magnetic ARMOUR polarising filter can be combined with the ARMOUR filter holder.
The adapter ring is attached directly to the Nikon Z 14-24mm F2.8 lens and then the ARMOUR filter holder is mounted on it.
The adapter ring connects the lens barrel with a nylon screw that snaps into the same section that is used for the lens hoods. This ensures a secure connection between the filter adapter ring and the lens.
Notes:
Due to the lens design of the Nikon Z 14-24mm F2.8 there is a compromise.
The rear magnetic polarising filter slot cannot be used as the lens hood sits in the holder .
When using this adapter, you can therefore not use the CPL on the back of the holder.
Instead, the magnetic ARMOUR polarising filter can be used in the front slot of the ARMOUR filter holder.
Alternatively, the ARMOUR polarising filter for insertion with rotating function is also recommended.

This adapter ring was specially developed to be able to use the Sony 14mm F1.8 lens on the ARMOUR 100mm filter holder.
Notes:
When using this adapter ring, the two inserts for magnetic ARMOUR round filters / polarising filters of the ARMOUR filter holder cannot be used.
To use a polarising filter with the Sony 14mm F1.8, please use a rectangular polarising filter with an additional magnetic frame.

ARMOUR filter holder base adapter ring

This adapter ring was specially developed for the ARMOUR filter holder.
With this basic adapter ring, the magnetic ARMOUR filter holder can be mounted on the lens.
The basic adapter ring can be screwed directly onto a lens with an identical lens diameter or filter diameter.
To adapt lenses with a smaller diameter, please also use a screw-in step-up adapter ring.
Example: Lens with 67mm diameter is to be coupled to ARMOUR base adapter ring with 82mm.
Screw-in base adapter ring 67 to 82mm plus ARMOUR base adapter ring in 82mm.

Screw-in Step Up adapter ring

In order to be able to adapt our 100mm filter systems, the K9 filter kit and the ARMOUR system to lenses with smaller diameters, we have developed our Step Up adapter rings made of lightweight and high-strength aluminium.
Several rings can be screwed onto each other until the desired target diameter is reached.
The Step Up adapter rings are matched to the 77mm and 82mm basic adapter rings supplied with the filter holder and can be ordered in different sizes.

This adapter ring has been specially designed to make it possible to use the Olympus 7-14mm F2.8 lens with our ARMOUR filter holder with matching 100mm rectangular filters.
It eliminates the need to switch to the 150mm filter system and fits perfectly with the 100mm filter holder system.
The adapter ring is attached directly to the Olympus 7-14mm lens and then inserted into the ARMOUR filter holder.
Note:
The 90mm magnetic polarising filter from the ARMOUR filter holder cannot be combined with this adapter ring. However, you can mount a 100mm polarising filter directly in the K9 filter holder instead.
Vignetting:
The ARMOUR filter holder with 2 mounted filter slots can be used at 7mm without vignetting if the holder is horizontal or slightly tilted.

This adapter ring has been specially designed to use the Laowa 12mm lens in combination with our ARMOUR filter holder.
This will allow the Laowa 12 wide-angle lens to be used in combination with our 100mm ARMOUR filter system.
Note:
When using this adapter ring, the first insert for magnetic ARMOUR round filters / polarising filters of the ARMOUR filter holder cannot be used. The second insert can still be fully used.
The adapter ring does not cause vignetting!
