Biography Burak Esenbey

My name is Burak Esenbey, and I come from the charming city of Osnabrück in southern Lower Saxony.

Besides my role as Sales Manager at a large HealthCare IT company, my passion is landscape and astrophotography, for which I willingly devote most of my free time.

Since a trip to the Dolomites in 2018, I have been infected by landscape photography, and my photographic direction was thus sealed.

The freedom, the connection with nature, and the inner peace that one experiences on such a journey are hard to put into words.

Biography of Delil Geyik

Through his work, Delil Geyik has earned an outstanding reputation throughout the industry for astrophotography. In addition to his profound expertise in the interstellar reaches of the universe, sophisticated landscape photography complements his diverse portfolio. However, he does not keep his extensive practical knowledge to himself: Since 2015, he has independently organized and led national and international workshops and photography tours, sharing his experience with semi-professional and professional photographers.

He discovered his passion for capturing extraordinary moments in nature at an early age. Entering the field from a different professional background, he began pursuing photography professionally in 2009, particularly astrophotography and landscape photography, as well as advanced image editing. Today, his expertise is supported by an impressive track record: In addition to more than 100 publications in specialist photography magazines, including several cover features in renowned publications, his photographs have also been recognized by NASA as "Astronomy Picture of the Day" (APOD). His work is also highly valued by leading companies in the photography industry, as demonstrated by successful past collaborations with renowned manufacturers such as Carl Zeiss AG and Fornax Mounts.

Originally from Winnenden, the photographer successfully combines two professional worlds: Alongside his successful independent photography business, he works full-time as Sales Manager in Sony's Imaging division.

Shortly after, I found astrophotography, a second passion that, in my view, combines perfectly with landscape photography.

However, astrophotography comes with many exciting aspects and requirements that challenge the photographer in a completely different way.

Since then, I have traveled to many places and continually developed my techniques. My constant drive for development has made me the photographer I am today.

This knowledge accumulated over the years, I now want to pass on to others starting in 2023. With the help of workshops and photo trips, I want to help other photographers achieve the best results and contribute to their photographic development.

As equipment training is always included in my trips, I am especially pleased to have a strong partner like KASE by my side.
