Description:
The Nitecore CI4 is a USB-C charger with four charging slots that is compatible with Li-Ion, NiMH and Ni-Cd batteries. With the corresponding charging adapter (QC/PD adapter), a charging current of up to 3A can be achieved in one charging slot. The charger automatically recognises the charge status, capacity and type of battery inserted and selects the correct charging method and charging current accordingly.
The charging progress is indicated by three green LEDs, while defective or incorrectly inserted batteries are identified and signalled. Intelligent protective circuits such as short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection and temperature monitoring protect both the batteries and the charger.
