Currently, Kase is one of the leading filter brands in the world.
About the brand name
The Kase brand name comes from Chinese. It consists of two syllables with the same meaning in Mandarin: “Ka” means colour, “se” also means colour.

Lenses
Launch of multiple lenses: the first lens, Kase Reflex lenses, which allows for a doughnut bokeh effect; a close-up macro lens; a 200mm lens for smartphones
MCUV Filter
- Release of the MCUV filter of the 3rd generation with higher light transmission and reduced reflection rate
- Kase introduced new clip-in filters for different camera types
2nd SkyEye Series
- Launch of the 2nd SkyEye round filter set series. Easier assembly thanks to the magnetic attachment, colour coding of the individual filters.
ARMOUR Series
- Launch of the ARMOUR filter holder series
- Introduction of the Smartphone Series, ND, GND and special effect filters
Rear filter
- A patented product, the Kase Nikon 14-24 lens rear filter, was launched.
- Kase released several new filters: foldback filter, new dream filter and clip-in filters.
K9 Serie
- Kase launched the Wolverine magnetic circular filter.
- Kase created the widest and highest-definition mobile phone lens on the market – a 12 mm master wide-angle lens
- Kase launched the K75 filter holder and filters for smaller mirrorless lenses, and the lightest K9 filter holder.
- The K150P magnetic filter holder for bulb-shaped wide-angle lenses, 150mm magnetic CPL, and ND filters for the K150P holder were introduced.
K8 CPL filter holder
- Kase introduced the K8 magnetic CPL holder kit, allowing for magnetic CPL installation.
- Kase launched numerous new products, like magnetic ND filters, slim filters, 300 mm telephoto smartphone lens and more.
First shockproof filters
- - After years of research and development, Kase officially launched the world's first shockproof square filters – Wolverine Series square filters.
Drone filters and more
- Kase launched the Skyeye series square filter set, G-MCUV, circular filter set, square filters carrying case, drone filters and medium format square filter holders.
1. Skyeye series filters
- Kase developed the Skyeye series filters for the telephoto zoom lenses.
- Kase introduced Skyeye series square filters for professional landscape photographers.
K150 & K170 filter holders
- Kase launched the K150 and K170 series filter holders for the bulb-shaped ultra wide-angle camera lenses.
2nd generation of filters
- Kase was awarded the certificate of the China Antibacterial Industry Association.
- Kase developed and launched the second generation of their filters.
