Our SLIM filters from the Wolverine series are characterized by a smaller filter thickness of just 1.1mm. They are just as shockproof and made from the same optical glass as our conventional Wolverine filters with a width of 2.0mm.
The Kase SLIM Wolverine K100 (100x150mm) Medium Edged Grad GND 0.9 (3 f-stops/3 stops) graduated filter forms an ideal compromise between a conventional soft GND and a hard GND filter due to its not-so-soft gradient shape. The soft and even gradient means there are no hard transitions in the image.
The Kase Wolverine series is particularly characterized by its excellent color neutrality. The high-precision optical glass used is shockproof. The oil and water-repellent nano coating makes the filters very easy to clean.
